Shipping policy

Processing Time

We are currently switching to made-to-order system. Your order will ship within 1-3 weeks after checkout, depending on our current order volume. For ready stock items, your order will ship within 5-8 days after checkout. We ship orders once a week to keep things efficient and avoid missed shipments.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by destination and can be viewed via your tracking ID. moimoi is not responsible for delivery delays once the product has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. moimoi is not responsible for these fees, nor can we estimate them in advance.

moimoi is not responsible for:

1. Orders that arrive late due to delayed customs payment
2. Orders that are refused, returned, abandoned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees

If a package is returned to us and you'd like it re-sent to your address, additional shipping and customs fees will apply.

Problems with Shipping

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages during transit. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to help track it down with DHL.
